Reconditioning a Cardiac issue. Nearing Six Years since onset. First Two Years resizzle, resizzle.
Finally learned to take baby steps ... quite a few steps in only 15 seconds of clock time ...
gradually, slowly, building and building ... in the process, was mentioned to breath deep ...
... have incorporated the idea (deep breathing) into the exercises + the stretching up & down
Trespassing (perceived trespass) has racked my brain somethin' silly ... ... ...
... had came into exercise as a practice in early 1990's ... after the 'california trip' ... recovery
... ... learned not too many years in, unsure if months, at that point ... 20-30m @ 60-80%
... ... 212 minus age times .6 to .8 ... ... ... nowdays* they're* sayin' 15-20m, no bpm mention(?)
... well, not that I've seen on the bpm question exactly to recall
... due the continued and systematic nature of the trespass, at 58th birthday and nothing in writing
... nothing from SSA about the SSDI rollover to early retirement ... straw on camels back
... ... I drilled a hole in the wall of the rec room shower to look out at camper door
... I'd been stacking the door to go workout (now exercise and fract20 into 2.5m shots)
... tried the Fractures cold turkey for Two Weeks ... de-tuned, would not manage pressurey feeling
... have taken on 3-4 month, gradual shift, (1) went to two-a-days on the fract20's
(2) after two weeks of 2/d solid, one day replaced per week with single fract30
... added daily startup stretch routine of 8-10m in place of had been daily opening fract20
(3) to shift out of fract30's at same rate into daily single fract20's
Maybe not exactly a perfect method, but, the 2/d on the fract20's did awefully nice.
So far the shift into fract30's, into week 3+ daily opening stretches ... nice.
Expecting will pick it up, as 3-4 months.

Unsure if may begin to try and Blog some kind of Routine. Was locked out of Account for the longest, do finally have access again, I don't like how it looks, it's always too cluttered, too involved ... too much to maintain. Unsure if I may Not begin to try and Blog some kind of Routine.
